John Kwafo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Publishing Group, a rights-driven music publishing company developing globally competitive catalogs across Gospel, Afrobeat, Reggae, R&B, Pop, Soul, and culturally resonant contemporary genres.

He leads the organization with a disciplined focus on ownership, placement strategy, and long-term catalog equity, positioning Royal Publishing Group for licensing, synchronization, and international expansion across the United States, the United Kingdom, key African markets, and the Caribbean.

Under his leadership, the company operates with premium production standards, structured rights administration, and market-aligned song development, ensuring every composition is professionally built, protected, and prepared for global impact.

John holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus — bringing a governance-oriented and risk-aware perspective to the company's publishing infrastructure and intellectual property strategy.
